The Salon de l'Orientation et des Métiers 2026: explore careers in a different way!

Discovering, meeting, observing, sharing, getting information, deconstructing preconceived ideas... that's what the regional careers fair, the Salon de l'Orientation et des Métiers, organised by the Agence de l'Orientation et des Métiers de Normandie and its partners, is all about.
For 3 days, on 5, 6 and 7 February 2026 at the Parc des Expositions in Caen, come and explore more than 150 careers through 17 career centres, take part in fun activities, observe professional activities and ask all your questions to the advisers present at the Maison de l'Orientation, des Métiers et de la Formation.
Whether you're a secondary school pupil, a student, a parent or looking for a career change, this exhibition offers you a unique opportunity to gain a better understanding of the professions, the sectors that are recruiting and the training courses available.
